Lions, Tigers, Bears!

Today as I was surfing the web just like every other day, I found someone who, miraculously, is unluckier than I am. The video originally click-baited me with a picture of a lion. Listen, I love big fluffy cats. If there is a picture of a cat, I will click on it, and usually thoroughly enjoy it. Only a few seconds into this video is when I realized I wasn’t going to be aweing. A man walked confidently into an enclosure and called for the lion. The lion pivoted quickly towards the man and stared with that look. You know, the look that causes the man to sprint as quickly as he could back to the gate screaming like a girl who saw a spider while she was showering. Yeah, that look. As the man was running, the lion quickly caught up to him and grabbed him by what looked like the shoulder and dragged him behind a bush. I was gawking. Open mouthed, dead to the world, staring at the screen, not sure what to think. The video ended abruptly after that moment. After a drop of drool landed on my leg, I became conscious again and imagined how bad of a day that must have been for that man. That man was Cleeked.

It’s small moments like these when I think of how truly lucky I am with the life that I have. After all, I haven’t been mauled by a lion.
